SMS & Communications Terms
Version 1.1 ·
GO AI EZ SMS & Communications Terms
Effective: August 15, 2026 · Disclosure Version: sms-2026-08-01.1
Supplement to the Terms of Service.
1. The Model
The Services send messages to your end customers in two ways:
(a) Platform-sent messages on numbers we control, sent on your behalf under the sender identity "Go AI EZ LLC — powered by GO AI EZ," limited to recipients whose consent was captured on our surfaces or otherwise verifiably established; and
(b) Business-number messages on a dedicated number registered to your business after carrier (10DLC) registration completes. Owner-initiated campaigns and broadcasts are unavailable until your business's own registered number is active.
2. Consent — Your Core Obligation
You may only cause messages to be sent to individuals who have given the legally required consent for that message type. For marketing/promotional texts, that means prior express written consent identifying your business, that autodialed/automated texts may be sent, that consent is not a condition of purchase, message/data rates notice, and frequency disclosure.
The exact consent notice presented at the point of opt-in is as follows (Disclosure Version sms-2026-08-01.1):
By checking this box you agree to receive text messages from GO AI EZ LLC at the number you provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See Terms and Privacy Policy.
The Services capture and store consent records (verbatim notice text, version, timestamp, source URL/surface, IP hash, user agent) for messages collected on our surfaces; for contacts you import or supply, you warrant such consent exists and remains valid, and you can produce proof on request.
3. Sender Identification & Content
Every program identifies the business (and, on platform numbers, "powered by GO AI EZ"). Prohibited content: SHAFT categories (sex, hate, alcohol to minors, firearms, tobacco/cannabis where restricted), illegal content, deceptive or high-risk financial content, and anything carriers prohibit. We may filter, delay, or refuse messages to protect deliverability and compliance.
4. Opt-Out & Help
Recipients can opt out by replying STOP (and variants) and get help via HELP; opt-outs are honored immediately across all message types and numbers for your business, and every message includes required opt-out language where applicable. You may not re-add an opted-out contact absent new, documented consent.
5. Quiet Hours & Frequency
Messages respect recipient-local quiet hours (default [8am–9pm], stricter where state law requires) and program frequency disclosures. You will not attempt to circumvent these controls.
6. Registration Data
You will provide accurate legal-entity information (legal name, EIN, address) for carrier registration and authorize us to submit it. Carrier decisions and timing are outside our control; we will keep platform-sent messaging running for consented recipients in the meantime as designed.
7. Fees & Carrier Charges
Message allowances and purchased credits are per your plan; recipients' message/data rates are between them and their carriers.
8. Compliance Cooperation & Records
We maintain suppression lists, litigator/DNC/reassigned-number screening, and consent records, and will provide per-contact consent audits on request. You will promptly forward any complaint, subpoena, or carrier inquiry regarding your programs. You are the sender of record for messages sent on your behalf; you indemnify us per ToS §14 for claims arising from your contacts, consents, or content, except to the extent caused by our failure to honor a stored opt-out.
9. Voice & Calls
Inbound-call features (answering, voicemail, transcription, missed-call texts) are provided as configured; call recording, where enabled, is announced to all parties. The Services do not place outbound artificial/prerecorded-voice calls.
10. Suspension
We may pause your messaging (in whole or part) for complaint-rate breaches, invalid consent signals, carrier demands, or legal risk, restoring service when resolved.
